This cute & comfy 1BR/1BA is conveniently located near LAX, LMU and 1/2 mile to Dockweiler Beach & bike trails. Neighbor to Marina Del Rey & 15 min from Venice Beach. ***30 days minimum*** Complete your relaxing Los Angeles experience by staying in our clean and comfortable 1BR/1BA apartment. The living room leads out to a balcony overlooking the pool, which is surrounded with palm trees and other garden plants. Our apartment is located just outside of LAX. Avoid a long drive after your flight, since getting here from the airport takes about five minutes. Dockweiler Beach is only half a mile away. There are several bike trails in the area as well. It takes 10 minutes to drive or Uber to Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach. Del Rey Lagoon Park, just 5 minutes away, is a nice spot to spend an afternoon or take a morning walk. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away. Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual. Our policy for accepting guests is in two parts: 1) Guests must have a minimum of three (3) forms of verifiable identification.
