Casa Nivia with pool just 10 minutes from the beach and city center: Casa Les Roques is located in a quiet residential area near the main tourist towns of Platja d'Aro and Sant Antoni de Calonge (4km) where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and all the activities that these towns offer. It is a charming one-story house that sleeps up to 6 people. Upon entering, we find the dining room-living room very bright. From this room you can access the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with four gas rings, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower ideal for 4 adults and two children. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: double bed. Bedroom 3: children's bunk bed. In the lower part, the house has a large space where the laundry area and a bathroom with a shower are located. Casa Les Roques is surrounded by a large garden area. At the back of the house you will find the pool and a beautiful sailor-style porch with terrace furniture where you can have an aperitif or have a very refreshing drink after a magnificent swim in the pool. The pool has dimensions of 10.5x4.5 m. The house has: - Free WIFI - Linens - Towels -Private pool - Parking Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
