Ca' del Gallo is a beautifully restored farmhouse in peaceful Northern Tuscany, nestled in the hills of Lunigiana with stunning views to the Apuan Alps and the Appenines. The property is set in 40 acres of private garden and woodland, with a gorgeous swimming pool and wonderful walks in the area, including a section of the Via Francigena almost straight from the door. The Gulf of Poets and the Cinqueterre, the high mountain passes of the Apennines and the cultural treasures of Lucca, Pietrasanta and Parma are all within easy reach, whilst Florence, Chianti and Siena can all be visited within a day. The house offered for lettings is a converted barn that is fully self-contained and detached with two double bedrooms (both with ensuite showers), a comfortable sitting room, well-equipped kitchen and sunny South West facing terrace. There is also the possibility to rent a third bedroom (also with ensuite shower) in the adjacent building. PLEASE NOTE: The owners live in the house next door and are occasional users of the pool. They are very discreet and will not disturb the guests' privacy.
