A perfect place to stay when you are attending a wedding in St. Benedict Church or a school event at St. Scholastica or event in Alta Veranda de Tibig. A perfect place to stay when you visit family, friends in South Forbes or Ayala Westgrove. My place is conveniently located in front of the swimming pool, an 18sqm studio condo unit, airconditioned, with smart tv with tv-plus, with PLDT Fibr internet connection and NETFLIX access. It can sleep 4 people in its' double size bed and double size foldable sofa bed. With 2-seater dining set, functional kitchen with induction stove, microwave oven, rice cooker, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with warm shower, toilet with bidet. Guest is provided with towel and beddings. It's one-time set-up of the unit but we provide change of towels and beddings for more than 3-days stay. Housekeeping is available for a fee. The condominium is with CCTV and 24-hr security, with a lap swimming pool and kiddie pool for guest to use for free. Parking in front of the building. At the ground floor, a convenient store, salon, water station, laundry shop available for your needs. Less than a 100m away is a Mercury drug store open from 10am to 7pm. For more choices, around 1.5kms away is Marketplace by Rustan’s for your grocery needs, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for coffee and meals, Anytime Fitness Westborough for Anytime Fitness members. The condo is located in the quiet neighborhood of South Forbes Golf City, a secure and private subdivision in Silang Cavite, around 4kms away from Nuvali Park. The building is right across St.Benedict Parish Westgrove and St.Scholastica College Westgrove. Tricycles are always available outside to take you to Nuvali, Vista Mall, Paseo or S&R. And you can also take tricycle from Phoenix Paseo de Santa Rosa, Nuvali or Vistamall to bring you back to Scandia Suites. The place is less than 8mins away to Nuvali, around 19mins away from Enchanted Kingdom, around 40 mins to Tagaytay. There are tricycles available right outside the building. Parking is available outside the building. The condo is accessible with a tricycle from Paseo de Santa Rosa or Solenad Nuvali. By car, the place is accessible via three (3) SLEX exit point: LIIP/Mamplasan (requires Greenfield stickers), Sta Rosa and Eton/Greenfield. From Nuvali Spine road, take the road (South Blvd) going to South Forbes Golf City/ Ayala Westgrove. The building is 2.8km from the turn, it’s the 2nd white-red tall building on the left side of the road. By Bus, take Balibago bus and get off at Coca Cola (right after Sta Rosa exit) and take tricycle going to Paseo de Sta Rosa Phoenix Gas station/ 7-11 convenient store, then take tricycle going to Stanford Suites2. If coming from Glorietta2 (Palm drive) Ayala Mall, there is a P2P bus that goes all the way to Nuvali. From Nuvali, take a tricycle going to Stanford2 South Forbes. *The condo is an hour drive from NAIA airport. You can take the airport taxi to bring you to our place or UBE Express going to Nuvali, then take a tricycle going to South Forbes. Kindly note that rental unit does not include parking space. Parking is available outside the building Turn off the aircon and lights when leaving the condo and make sure to lock the door. Put the garbage outside the door for collection when you leave the unit. It’s collected on a daily basis. In case of late check-in after 9pm, please advise in advance so I can inform the guard and avoid problem when checking-in. Check-in from 3pm onwards, check-out before 12 noon.
