Great Lake View Artist's Apartment

Luminous lake front apartment with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Completely renovated in the typical Scandinavian design, it consists of a large open space (living room, dining table and kitchen), three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a very large terrace. Free parking space included. The apartment overlooks the lake and offers an extraordinary view of the lake and the pre-Alpine mountains. Completely renovated in 2012 in the typical Scandinavian design, the accommodation is furnished with unique works of art produced by the owner, such as lamps, curtains and vertical gardens, some of which have been exhibited in important art galleries including: Contini Art Factory in Venice, Voyage Pittoresque Factory in Naples, Spazio TID in Milan, Pila gallery in Orta San Giulio Contini. Very characteristic during the day, in the evening these artistic lights give a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere (the artworks in the apartment can vary and therefore be different from those depicted in the photos). The open space includes a kitchen (furnished with a large fridge, dishwasher, large oven, gas stove and extractor hood, as well as everything you need to cook and dine), a large dining table for 6 people, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large desk, a flat screen television and air conditioning. From the sofa, you can rest and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains. The apartment comprises three bedrooms all furnished with artistic lamps. The main room has a king size bed and a small private bathroom with shower, sink, WC and window. The second room has a queen size bed. The third room (which leads to the second room), has a single bed and a flat screen TV. Each room is furnished with a wardrobe with drawers and hangers, a desk and a chair. The large main bathroom has a double bathtub, a very spacious shower, two sinks, WC, bidet and a window. The apartment has a small laundry room on the hallway, fitted with a washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and ironing board. A large private terrace (5 x 4 meters) offers a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Accessible from the living room by climbing 4 steps (without handrail), the terrace has a large table with 6 chairs, 3 sun loungers and a shower with cold and hot water. Thanks to a large electrically awning, the terrace can be used even during the hottest hours of the day. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the lake with a coffee table, two chairs and an awning. The entire apartment is covered by the free Wi-Fi network. The appartment is ideally situated at walking distance from the town centre, yet just fifty meters from the main beach, the old marina, the pier and the tourist office. The lakefront has a beautiful cycle/pedestrian promenade along which one can stop to swim or sunbathe and children can take advantage of the small playground. A few meters from the apartment there are two bars/restaurants where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama. From the pier, you can take the small ferry to visit the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, as other destinations. The apartment has a free parking space. Other parking spaces (with timestamp or disc) are available on the lakefront or along the adjacent road). Guests have access to the entire apartment, its terrace and balcony and the adjacent laundry room. I am always pleased to welcome my guests, to show them the apartment and provide useful information for their stay, as well as on the local services (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) and main local attractions. At the end of the stay I proceed to the check out and greet my guests. During their stay, my guests can gladly contact me if they need help or advice to spend their stay in the best possible way. The apartment is located lakeside, near the town center, marina, and main beach. Take a walk on the sand and stop at one of the 2 restaurants here. In the village there are several shops, pizzerias, bars, and a range of local services. Upon arrival, should you not have time to purchase food for the breakfast, we can agree together for me to purchase for you some food to your liking.
