Shining Star, Historic Cartway with River Views

"Shining Sar" is our second property "Little Gem" being our first. The cottage dates back to the 18th Century and is Grade 2 listed. It is a one bedroom cottage on the historic Cartway. undoubtedly one of the best locations in town Fantastic views across the Severn from the sunny terrace to the rear of the property. Minutes walk from the vibrant High Street situated close to the Cliff Railway, Castle Walk and Severn Valley Railway. "Shining Star" is more spacious than "Little Gem", it has a lounge with open fire and two 2 seater sofas, an exceptionally large kitchen with study off to the rear. A winding staircase leads to a landing with small cabin bed so there is an option to bring a small child if desired. The entire cottage is for the use of guests. Due to Covid19 we are operating a key collection system from our home which is situated just off the high Street. Key collection is from 4pm. Bridgnorth is the most wonderful place to live, The residents of Cartway are very friendly and will freely stop and chat with you. Bridgnorth attracts visitors from far and near, our other cottage "Little Gem" has hosted guests from the USA, Germany, Spain and other parts of Europe, it has been particularly popular with guests from the UK. Bridgnorth is well served with buses. The Severn Valley Railway is just a stroll away. The Steam train takes you on a wonderful excursion along the Severn Valley all the way to Kidderminster with many stops in between. The foodie capital of Shropshire Ludlow is a short driveaway, so too is Shrewsbury, Church Stretton, a walkers paradise. On our doorstep Ironbridge and Much Wenlock if this cottage is booked please check availability at Little Gem.
