Perfect for up to six persons, this lovely, two level apartment is located 50 meters from the sea of the Boka Kotorska Bay. The apartment has two terraces with a magnificent view and access to a secluded garden terrace (>100sqm) recommended for guests who appreciate outdoor living. The apartment is of 90 sqm in two levels. It can accomodate from two up to six persons. Upper floor is an open space, 45sqm, loft with two double beds and on-suit bathroom. Lower level has one bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an access to the terrace, bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment is adjacent to the private garden terrace of more than 100 sqm in surface. The terrace is partially roofed, so it protects a dinning area kitchenette and toilet. This garden terrace is perfect for people or family who prefer outdoor living preparing meals and dining. With surrounding greenery it makes a pleasant shady oasis during hot afternoons, and if it gets too hot there is a garden shower for instant refresh. Barbecue is in the bottom of the garden, only waiting for a "chef" to prepare fresh marine receipts, all of which could be obtained in local fish market! The apartment overlooks the bay of Boka Kotorska. It is located approximately 50 mt from the sea, and has its own, private, parking space just next to the entrance of the garden! Please do bear in mind that narrow streets in Krasici are quite steep, and need a bit of fiddling. Guest can use complete facility on their own. During your stay, an appointed person will be on their disposal for any information or assistance, in the apartment below. Krašići is a small quite village. It has few caffes on the beach, along with a couple of restaurants and a pizzerias. However we recommend visiting famous beaches on the Lustica peninsula, where you can find a plenty of nice restaurants caffes and fun (Rose, Mirista, Zanjic, Oblatno, Plavi Horizonti...) or you could visit nearby towns such as Tivat, with its Porto Montenegro (15 km), and Kotor and its Old Town (15km). Budva (25km) is famous for its night life and restaurants and is always teeming with young people. We recommend to rent a car which could be found for reasonable prices. There is taxi available on a request, and regular city bus lines to Tivat.
