A Modern Styled 2 Story Home with a nice view of the pond in the back. Great for Couples with kids or a groups that want to explore the area. Cool spots to hang out and explore like Chateau Elan, Cotten Calf, Local Station and surrounding parks. Guests have access to the Garage, Main Level and Second Floor. The Basement is separated from the rest of the house Anyway have Fun! Let me know if you have any questions. Feel free to use all the upstairs space, the basement is unfinished and dusty so please avoid it if you can. Guests are allowed 1st Floor and Second Floor Access. The garage can be used for parking as well. The basement is off limits for guests of the 1st and 2nd floor. You contact me any time by text or phone. Also if you don’t need the entire house to yourself and just want one room let me know so I can discount it for you. Parks, Baseball Fields and Tennis Courts down the street. No parking on the street, if you need additional parking there is space by the neighborhood mailboxes. There are no Parties allowed! No Loud music after 10pm Please take out your trash after your stay. If you do laundry make sure you clean the air filter in the dryer every time per load.
