New Forest Cottage

Welcome to our scrumptious newly refurbished cottage in Lyndhurst. The cottage is located within 800m from the Village centre and 200m from the open forest,it offers the ideal “home from home” vacation.The cottage has a number of timeless features to allow you to feel at home , and relax. We have equipped the cottage with all the modern appliances you will need for a luxurious holiday. Our cottage has a large rear garden with comfortable seating area. Free on road parking is available. Having been recently refurbished to a high standard our 5 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 9 people (10 including cot). The kitchen offers breakfast bar and additional seating to allow for less formal meals, the kitchen connects to the patio and garden which has the benefit of an external seating area. Our cottage style kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you will need for a luxurious holiday. Our guests have an access to high speed fibre optic wifi. Downstairs there is a toilet. The first floor consists of a family bathroom with shower over the bath and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a specious double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. The beds can be arranged as 2 singles or zipped together to be a double. Bedroom 3 is cosy single bedroom. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and a further family bathroom with shower over the bath. Bedroom 4 is a large double bedroom furnished with kingsize bed with a front aspect. Bedroom 5 is a large twin room with a rear aspect. All our bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture. Your host is located nearby and so will be on hand and so we offer the personal touch. If needed, your host will also show you where to hire bikes at a discount and can give lots of suggestions of local walks, pubs, eateries and anything else you need. Our cottage is located in a peaceful location, just minutes away from the famous Bolton's Bench and Lyndhurst High Street with its numerous quaint shops, coffee houses, restaurants, bars and pubs. The cottage is within the New Forest National Park, our host can recommend local walks and cycle routes. Public transport is available in the village, with the bus stop located just round the corner. If you wish to venture on a longer trip on the train the closest train stations are located in Ashurst and Brockenhurst. Should you seek to arrive by train , Ashurst station is circa 3 miles from the house. House rules No smoking
