Ferienwohnung Rosin im Herzen von Babelsberg

The Rosin apartments are located in a small side street in the heart of Babelsberg. You live in a stylish two-room apartment with fully equipped kitchen, with fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the bedroom, a box spring bed ensures quiet and restful nights. In the bathroom you have a shower, toilet and sink. Both apartments have a completely renovated bathroom. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable leather couch after a nice day of vacation. The leather couch can be converted into a lawn for sunbathing, making an extra bed possible. An additional person costs € 20 per night. Parking in the parking bays, usually close to the house and parking for bicycles on the property are available. We are happy to provide two bicycles for a small amount. This is a non smoking apartment. Advice for smokers, there is an ashtray on the balcony.
