Our 1 bedroom apartment is designed recently and we are open to guests for the coming season. The living room and kitchen were done up with a feel of providing guests a clean and comfortable stay. The rooms are fully furnished, air-conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped. Our apartment is designed with a fully air-conditioned room including the living room. We have a fully equipped kitchen that has every thing kept in the drawers which u can use. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster to handle basic cooking. We also have a eating table in the kitchen. Between the living room and the passage way to the kitchen and the room, we have an additional washroom. Our room is newly built so the look of the room is clean and tidy. We have a well appointed bed room with air-conditioner. The bed room has a King size bed. Our living room is like a normal house sized living room which has a comfortable sofa and an LED TV for your entertainment. We also have a cable connection with all basic channels. Our living room also has a dining table with can seat 3 guests. We also have a balcony area outside the room. Our room also has a cupboard. During your stay you will be able to access the entire apartment and parking. I will also be there to receive you upon arrival at the apartment. We are the connecting point to different parts of South Goa. the area we live in is very peaceful. Bus, Rent A bike, Rent A car is available from this area. I can help you arrange one. I can assist you with making arrangements with local entertainment like sight-seeing, water sports, scuba diving, casinos, clubs and any other specific activity if required by you in Goa.
