Relax in comfort in this clean Kenosha Cape Cod #2

Welcome to my 1942 cape cod with all the characteristics and charm of an older home, creaky floors and sticking doors. Located close to many things in the Kenosha area including, all hospitals and colleges, Lake Michigan, a straight 15 minute walk, downtown area with museums, Kenosha night life and great dining, coffee shops, disc golf is a five min walk, bike trails, numerous parks, public pools and the velodrome. Pricing my be negotiable for long term guests. This is 1 of 2 rooms Your comfy room has an antique iron queen bed. Soft clean bedding, new carpet, that is cleaned quarterly, dresser, side table and closet space if needed. All things in the bathroom are yours to use, medicine cabinet included. Clean towles and washcloths are located in the hallway cabinet. Please hang towles in your room after use. Help yourself to coffee or tea located in the kitchen anytime. PLEASE NOTE, your room is label on the door. Guest room 2 Your private room Bathroom for Airbnb guest only, we use the upper bathroom. Kitchen and all things to cook and store groceries. Each guest will have a designated space for items Living room Deck and all outdoor living space Dish network Internet laundry for long term guest, provide your own soap please. Please be mindful of common areas and share the space NO UPPER FLOOR ACCESS I live in the house as well as my college age daughter who is rarely seen lol I have two small, friendly male dogs that will keep you company if needed. My other children whom live out of state also visit from time to time but will use the upper bathroom and shower and I always inform Airbnb guests of others coming by. We are often out and about but can help with whatever is needed. I'm always a text away. I occasionally have company and cookoust and have fires at my house with friends, guests always welcome to join. Located between Chicago, about 50 mins away, and Milwaukee, about 40 mins away. 20 mins to Great America and Gurnee Mills. Close to the Ren Faire All hospitals within a 7-10 minute drive. Cancer treatment center in Zion is about 15 minutes away. Carthage college a 10 minute drive. Close to lake Michigan and downtown Kenosha where you'll find cute coffee spots, antique shops, great dining, beaches, lakefront bike trails, plenty of watering holes, marina and of course, Lake Michigan, plenty of parks as well. Metra train station is also not far, this will take you to and from Chicago with stops in between. Check out my map for a few of my favorite spots nearby. I can suggest many great places to check out. Kenosha transit bus system, I can see the bus stop from my house. Uber Taxi I've also been know to transport guests to the train station if I'm available We are friendly people here and just would like all guests, my personal guests included, to be respectful of the house and others in it. Jackson, my small mutt, is friendly but also nosey. If you don't want him to snuggle you I suggest to keep your door closed. Recycling is a law in Kenosha, please use the correct bin when disposing of trash. Please turn lights off when not in said rooms and clean up after yourself when using bathroom and kitchen. I provide stove cleaner and would like stove wipes down after using please. I like to keep the appliances looking nice.
