Fully equipped w/open lake view living space w/gas fpl. Direct access to Lake w/private dock, (2) kayaks, decks, patio, grill & fire pit. Pvt master bed/bath and 2nd bed w/lake view/deck access. Base rate up to 5 people. $50/each add pers-night max 8 total. 4th bed is futon in part finished walkout bsmt/concrete floor. Min 3 night stay pref. Base weekday $315, Weekend $365. Premium rates seasonally/holidays. Local tax added by AirBnB. Ck-out 11 AM, Ck-in 3 PM unless arranged. Sorry no more pets. Note - There may be additional COVID-19 Quarantine and Cleaning requirements for out of State guests. 1st fl is approx 800 sq.ft. w/ large open living w/ gas fpl, kitchen and eating area (all with direct access to deck), as well as a half bath and large closet. 2nd fl is approx 600 sq.ft. with three bedrooms (9x13 Queen, 9x12 Queen, 8x10 Full), a master bath and a full bath. Two queen bedrooms have direct access to 2nd fl deck. Guests have complete access to home, grounds & full recreational Cedar Lake - private dock, patio, fire pit & gas grill. Also, 800+ sq. ft. walkout partially finished basement (concrete floor) in addition to 1400 sq.ft. noted above. Lake access directly from property. Minors must wear life jackets while in lake watercraft. Motor boat and jet ski usage requires additional communication and potentially fees. Public boat launch is very rocky and not paved. The lake is drawn down from 11/1-4/30 to expose shoreline and allow bulkhead repairs, however lake is still accessible and may be used for non-motor boat activities. Snow removal is included but if there is snowfall during your stay, guests may have to remove snow to enable safe use of driveway and entry if necessary prior to snow removal service arriving. I will generally be available at a mutually agreeable time for check in; or a key will be left in a lock box. Country lake community and neighborhood. Less than 5 miles from RT90, RT84 and Old Sturbridge Village and antique shops. Less than 10 miles from Brimfield Antique Show. Less than 60 miles from CT Casinos, Fenway Park & Gillette Stadium. Children are welcome but there are two flights of stairs in the house and two on the decks as well as natural steps to the lake that could be a challenge for toddlers. Steps into lake are slippery when wet. Linens and towels are included and will be clean and folded on unmade beds or beds will be made with clean linens. The cleaning charge for future bookings has been increased due to COVID-19 protocols. Video of cleaning is included in the Guidebook. The cost is greater than noted but only part of the increased cost is being passed on. However maid service is not provided during your stay. Kitchen is stocked with glasses, flatware, utensils, general cookware and a dishwasher. There is a Washer and Dryer in the basement if additional towels or linens are required during your stay. Pump hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap and washing machine soap is available for guests to use during their stay. Base weekday rate is $315, Weekend is $365, Seasonal periods and Holidays may have a premiums and other days may be discounted from time to time.
