You'll love this spacious room on the first floor of our family home. Comfy kingsize bed with modern en-suite shower room, SMART TV and generous hospitality tray. We're a meat free household and can provide a filling breakfast, which includes: granola, fruit compote, porridge or cereals, toast, yoghurts and fresh eggs from our own hens. Each room has a large TV and you’ll find plenty of choices you won’t find elsewhere on our hospitality tray. End the hassle of spending hours searching for the best place to stay in Oswestry, you’ve just found it. Your stay will be as sustainable as possible - solar panels help to provide your hot water and electricity and you’ll find no single use plastic & individually wrapped stuff here, there's proper milk, plus a teapot and full-size mugs. You’ll enjoy a varied & healthy vegetarian breakfast; granola and other cereals, fruit compotes, porridge, overnight oats, toast, croissants, plain and fruit yoghurts and the freshest eggs from our hens who live at the back of the garden. Gluten free/vegan options also available with notice. We're an inclusive household, all welcome. We're in a quiet residential area and ask you to respect our neighbours and other guests by keeping the noise down after 10pm. Check in is from 3.30pm but we can often manage earlier. You'll have access to your bedroom space whenever you want it. You get keys to your room and our main entrance, so just come and go as you please. You have the convenience of free parking on our driveway and will appreciate the convenience of being just a 10 minute walk from Oswestry town centre. You'll have your own private space including a guest lounge. We're happy to help you, however, with any queries you have. We also got a folder of local visitor attractions, restaurants, walks etc. We're just a 10 minute walk down the hill to Oswestry town centre, a market town on the border with Wales. Lots of independent shops, restaurants, coffee shops, visitor attractions and beautiful countryside. An ideal base for exploring Shropshire and North Wales as well as exploring the Shropshire Hills and Offa's Dyke Path. We offer pick, drop off and packed lunches for walkers too. You'll be close to the renowned RJAH Orthopedic Hospital in Gobowen, anyone working placements there should enquire about our longer term deals. You're just 20 minutes drive from Llangollen, home of the International Eisteddfod; 30 minutes to Shrewsbury or Chester. We are a 15 minute walk to the local central bus station. Our nearest train station is in Gobowen which is a 10 minute drive/ taxi ride. We're in a quiet residential area and ask you to respect our neighbours and other guests by keeping the noise down after 10pm. Check in is from 3.30pm but we can often manage earlier, and finally you'll need to take your shoes off when you're going upstairs.
