Detached villa, beautiful sea view, private pool near Benalmadena pueblo

The house is located on the heights of Benalmadena, in the district of Capellania near the old village. the neighborhood is on a hill, very residential with nice properties. the village and the sea are 5 minutes by car. there is a shopping center with a crossroads market, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. The house, renovated and furnished in 2019 is really ideal to spend holidays with family or friends.( 6 adults max) Inside, a living room with an open kitchen which gives on one side on the swimming pool and the sea view and on the other side on the back part of the house. The stay serves on one side a suite with a closed toilet, a room opened on the bathroom and the dressing room and on the other on 2 rooms and a bathroom doubles basin. At the beds, we have at disposal a folding bed of good quality allowing an adult to sleep comfortably. The bed can be installed in the main bedroom or in the living room. In the bunk room there is a pull-out bed that opens and closes easily. This room is intended for children or teenagers. We can provide a cot. the front part of the house is composed of a swimming pool, a covered terrace, ideal to read or have an aperitif watching the sunset and a solarium where the sun gives all the afternoon. The rear part of the house, cooler, is dedicated to the dining area. The house is 2 minutes from the highway. It is therefore very easy to see the airport (15 minutes), Malaga (20 minutes), Marbella (30 minutes) ..... For information: The marina (Puerto Marina) of Benalmádena (located 10 minutes by car) twice elected Best Marina of the World, is the most surprising port and residential complex of Europe, with an architecture mixing Indian styles, Arab and Andalusian. Its artificial islands give it a special appeal that makes the whole fits perfectly into an already harmonious landscape. You will find restaurants of all styles, diving clubs, the Sea Life, and a life of the harbor itself. A pleasure for the eyes, the taste buds and a very successful holiday. The cable car, the Colomares Castle or the Navajas House of Benalmádena are 5 minutes away by car. The old quarter (Casco antiguo) and the luxury port (Puerto Banus) of Marbella are about 30 minutes away. by car. The castle and the small coastal town of Fuengirola to more or less 15 min. Málaga, its bars, restaurants, shops, hidden corners, museums, its "Alcazaba" fortress, its castle, its tourist port (Muelle uno) and many other things are more or less 35 minutes away. The train (tren de cercanía) is another means of transport that allows easy and fast movements on the coast between Málaga and Fuengirola passing by the airport. If you decide to venture inland, you will have the pleasure of discovering wonders such as Ronda (1h20 by car), installed at the top of a mountain that overlooks "El Tajo", a deep gorge, or even the city from Antequera (1 hour by car) and its famous Natural Park "El Torcal", famous for the forms that erosion has given to its rocks. The cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada are not to be missed! Seville (2h20 by car), famous for the flamenco dance, especially in the Triana district, or visits such as the richly worked palace of the Alcazar and its Gothic cathedral where is the tomb of Christopher Columbus. Cordoba (2h), especially known for La Mezquita, huge mosque dating from the year patios and reflective swimming pools of the Nasrid Dynasty, as well as the fountains and orchards of the Generalife gardens. Cave caves in the district of Sacromonte, where you can experience flamenco in all its splendor in the cradle of its origins. Without forgetting the tapas of course ... unique also on Granada, they always accompany a drink! All to enjoy a good holiday on the Costa del Sol!
