Artful lodging

The building is a warehouse conversion located on a quiet park. Decorated by a traveller with many artworks. I enjoy having guests and will supply any information. I love this city and I’m happy to suggest some of my favourite places which may not be quite so well known. The bedroom with small balcony and bathroom. Breakfast is supplied and can be taken on another balcony overlooking the park. Room is on second floor, access through living room. Tea and coffee making in kitchen. Recently retired and although I’m out and about I am available for guests. A convenient, quiet area with many parks, restaurants and cafes. 8 minute train from International airport or 6 minutes from Domestic. An easy 8 minute walk to the apartment from Green Square station. Frequent buses in all directions. City Circle train to Opera House, museums, galleries, cinemas, Chinatown , shopping, ferries etc. For walkers it’s a pleasant walk to the city or Centennial Park. Very convenient location with public transport or street parking close by. A new swimming complex 5 minutes walk from property.
