Good quality sleep is guaranteed. Our neighborhood is considered one of the most quiet neighborhoods out here. Girls only room, as there is a girl in the apartment so no mixed gender allowed in the space. Our place/space is easily accessible by all means of public transportation + it is a quiet apartment in a very quiet building and area. which will make the guests sleep & work peacefully without noise. We do have a bathroom with pub and heater. Kitchen with oven, stove, water boiler, refrigerator and freezer. We do have a cowoking space in the same apartment in other rooms; which the guests can benefit from it if they want to work or relax. Guests are most welcome to use our co-working space facilities ( Bean Bags, shared spaces, internet access). - Please note that the bathroom and kitchen is shared with other guests and coworking space clients. - Getting around the apartment outside of the room must be in outgoing clothes NOT bed clothes. (This only applies when there are clients in the coworking space). - Coworking space working hour usually from 10:00 to 18:00 or 22:00 Laundry, dry clean, barber, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes are 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment Just one street away from public transportations & Metro. Easily approached which makes it perfect for people who are going places. The price is for 1 person. More than one guest extra charges apply. Note that: 1. There is no washing machine in the space, but there's a laundry nearby. 2. No towels is provided.
