A clean, well presented private double bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet two bedroom apartment. Please note that I live in the apartment so some areas are shared (as detailed below). This apartment is in a great location with access to local shops (including Giltbrook Retail Park) and lovely outdoor spaces for those that like to walk and spend time outdoors. You will have your own private double bedroom which consists of a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage (coat hangers available), WiFi and a television for entertainment. You have access to your own private bathroom (towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries provided) which consists of a bath, sink and toilet (please note there is access to a shower, however only at certain times due to access being via my bedroom). Free parking is available on site in a private car park (located to the back of the apartment block). The apartment is in a good location with good access links to A610 (within 5 mins), M1 (within 10 mins) and Nottingham City Centre (approx 25 mins). Public transport (park and ride or bus) is available in and around the area into the city centre. Please note: - this is a first floor apartment, with access via stairs only. You are welcome to the use of the kitchen (which consists of fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee machine) and living area (including a dining table) but please note this is a shared space with myself. Breakfast is not included however free tea, coffee, hot and cold drinks are available. Check in time is listed from 5pm however this could be flexible and is dependant on my availability so if you'd like to check in earlier please feel free to ask and I'll be able to inform you of whether or not this can be arranged.
