Great apartment in downtown Durham

New apartment, well furnished, walk to UNH and downtown Durham. Enjoy museums, sports and the arts nearby. Walk to the train and explore Boston and Portland. Use as a home base to explore Portsmouth, NH and Maine seacoast and the White Mountains. This is a no smoking, pet free property. There is only one parking space available to guests on the property. Please park on the left of the driveway, parallel to the street and close to the stone wall. This will prevent you from getting blocked in. We are available to our guests by phone, text and email. Durham is a bucolic university town close to beautiful rivers, Great Bay, the ocean and the White Mountains. The apartment is within walking distance to all parts of the UNH campus. There is a bus that connects to Dover, Newmarket and Portsmouth. The Amtrak Downeaster connects to Boston and Portland by rail. For our guests with electric cars, there are two options for refueling: There is a charging station in downtown Durham in the Pettee Brook parking lot. This is approximately four blocks from the apartment. There is an exterior outlet at the apartment that can be used for $10.00 per day. It requires a long extension cord.
