The flat is central and has all the amenities for you to feel at home. The Basic features of our apartment: - A clean and well-equipped 120 sqm apartment. - Fifth floor with a spot on the Mediterranean Sea and Beirut Port. - Walls were all recently painted in white making our apartment feel very open and bright. - AC is available in all bedrooms and living room. - Great Wifi internet - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, all basic kitchenware, and a fridge. - Washing machine. - Large-size sofa to relax and chill in the wide-open living room. - TV The Bedrooms : (Description) *Two bedrooms are available with one bathroom: comforter, sheets, and towels are provided. * Named Beatle & Kate (after two lovely artists). each room is 25 sqm, featuring a king-size bed, AC, and a view on a balcony. * Bathroom: With a WC and a showerhead that has great water pressure. - Keys: You will receive your own set of keys. ** Professional cleaning is done immediately before and after each of our guests ** Mi casa is tu casa so feel at home. You could use everything you need as long as you take good care of the flat and amenities as if they are your own. I understand some of you are here to visit friends and for a city adventure. Everyone seeks space while traveling yet sometimes needs tips or time to socialize. I am here to help alongside my team with any issue related to the house, your check-in, or a tip related to your stay. Just reach out :) In my free time, I am happy to meet you if you are free too :) My neighborhood is quite unique as it is a super calm hood in the daytime. The bars offer coffee and locals people like to enjoy their morning time there. Located in the heart of the city, you will find everything you need around from coffee shops to the french bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all sorts of local and international restaurants. My apartment is located in Mar Mikhael (the new trendy and arty area) in a calm street at the heart of the flashy neighborhood. When you leave my place, in 5 minutes you reach Gemmayzeh Street or the Armenian district, and in 10 minutes you are in Monot, downtown, or Sassine Square. Crazy Bars, fancy Cocktails, and Beirut’s best restaurants are a few minutes away. In about 20 minutes you are in Hamra (by service/cab). The airport is within 30 minutes' driving distance. I am very flexible on check-in times. Check-out is also very simple. (However, this depends if there is another Airbnb guest staying there). You will be renting from a native Beiruti who knows the city like the back of his hand. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have while visiting so that you're guaranteed to have an AWESOME time! The neighbor is super cool, with bars and restaurants all around. Uber or Careem or Bolt (a Middle Eastern version of Uber) offers great competitive deals compared to local street taxis. (Just assure me not to use your credit cards due to inflation). Instead, use the option to pay in cash. You can always contact a taxi company to assist you with a long trip like: Allo Taxi, Alfa Taxi, Geryes Taxi (All found all the net). Parking in the building is not available however in case you have a car there is plenty of street parking for free, you need to find your spot or park in a paid parking in the hood.
