Cool and comfortable accommodation, use of the whole house and 1 acre forest garden, abundance of wildlife, 10 mins walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to Ahangama town centre. Free 4G wi fi. Hot water. Self catering and use of kitchen should you require. Breakfasts are included in the price per night, per room. There are a total of 9 beds + 1 cot bed. Mimosa Villa is unique in the sense that it is surrounded by an abundance of trees and plants, which help to keep the Villa a nice and cool environment. There are adequate and efficient ceiling fans in every room. The garden is full of wildlife, monkeys, mongoose, parrots, iguanas, and many exotic birds. All these can be enjoyed whilst sat on the terrace while you have your breakfast, and then only 10 mins walk away is a wonderful beach. In the evenings one can sit on the terrace, the garden is lit up, and you can hear the Indian Ocean in the distance whilst watching 'fire flies'. There are 2 x triple en suite rooms, 1 x double, and 1 x single room. During your stay you will have the freedom to use the whole house and garden. There is a Barbeque and Hammocks in the garden. 2 of the triple rooms, with en suites have their own private access. I am usually staying at my villa, November to May, i have an attic private apartment. I enjoy interacting with my guests and helping them with airport transfers/scooter/vehicle hire/safari, etc. I can arrange visits to local turtle hatchery, a tour around the local lagoon, a visit to a nearby tea plantation, a visit to a nearby Small Batik factory, etc. We pride ourselves on being flexible and imaginative with our guests to suit their individual requirements. I have owned Mimosa Villa for 11 years and as such I have a wealth of local knowledge and contacts. Mimosa Villa and its environment definately has the "wow factor". From Ahangama town centre, 15 mins walk away, buses and trains are readily available. We can arrange for you to hire bikes/motor scooters, tuk tuks etc. when you stay at Mimosa Villa. I do daily yoga sessions myself so guests can join in if they so desire. Alternatively I can arrange local regular yoga classes. Surf boards are also available to hire by the day or by the hour.
