Ultra clean and private house. Your home away from home. Enjoy your stay outside of the city. Chill out in your own garden. Enjoy the large open space living room and kitchen. Three bedrooms and one bathroom, separate toilet. Free and safe parking right besides the house. The outside property is fully enclosed by water. The surrounding area is very peaceful and suitable for walking / cycling. Forests, parks, forts and castle nearby. The beach (lake) is just 500m away. A very spacious and light house in the middle of nature, but close to the city. One bedroom and all general facilities are on the ground floor level in this place. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. Perfect for a trip with elderly family members. The whole house is yours! Free parking on enclosed grounds. 24/7 access. With large garden and terrace. 8 comfortable places to sleep. We assume our guests like total privacy. We live on the property, in the attached house. We will be available for you if you need anything, but we will not bother you during your stay. In a very quiet dead-end street just one intersection from the highway off-ramp. Our area is full of farm houses, forts, bunkers and a castle. Recreational area Down Under (lake with beach and cableway) is just 500m away. 1 hour walk, 15 minutes by city bus, uber or 15 bicycle-minutes from Utrecht city center. This house is 40-50 minutes from Amsterdam by car or train. Public transportation is available but limited. Best to stay here with bicycles or a car. Bicycles for rent: € 7,50 per 24h per bicycle. If you need a taxi, we recommend Uber as it is cheaper than Utrecht-Taxi-Company for comparable service. We have two baby/kids cots and child seats (0-2) available (both based on reservation). We do not have bicycles for children available. We do not provide breakfast. This house is solar powered. Due to COVID-19 cleaning, extra days before and after your booking will be blocked for cleaning and disinfection.
