Rose Villa Dambugahawatta

Homely atmosphere on a quiet crescent yet close walk to the main street. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being easily accessible to shopping and other public amenities. Located on a quiet crescent called Dambugahawatta Road, just off the main street Kaduwela Road. Close to a great bakery called Perera & Sons only 2 minutes walk away, with a barbershop next door. Also close to a supermarket called Arpico, with all you need within 2 minutes walk. For your late night cravings there is a Pizza hut and street food all throughout the main street. Guests have access to all spaces within the townhouse including the laundry. Please keep all spaces tidy. Please be mindful of the neighbours as there are shared driveways. I will be available only by phone and email. There will be minimal interaction but my cousin and uncle who live around the corner can be at hand for emergencies and key pickup/drop off. There is a bus stop directly opposite Perera & Sons bakery about 2 minutes walk from the house door. Taxis/three wheelers (tuk tuks) frequently pass the area do you should have no trouble getting around. The local shops (Perera & Sons) will happily call a taxi for you if you're in desperate need.
