The room is very big with a closet and desk. Its office ready. Small but unique bedroom with plenty of light. It's got a shared full bath, fully furnished w/closet. Shared kitchen, wash/dryer, deck, grill, all amenities are shared. Guest will have access to kitchen and refrigerator, TV and WiFi. Eckington has the feel of a neighborhood in the suburbs but it's still within easy public transportation of all the major DC attractions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. The location is a short ten minute walk from Rhode Island redline metro stop. It has plenty of buses & bikes within walking distance as well. House rules. 1) Please remove shoes inside the house. There is a shoe rack beside the main door. 2) Please do not eat in the room. You may store food in the refrigerator and eat in the kitchen area. 3) No overnight guests 4) Turn off light when not using & lock the front door when you leave.
