At least an hour from Paris and ten minutes from Giverny come discover our country home: a gorgeous 5 star property called the Marie-Jeanne. This fine country home is fully equipped, it even has a private heated pool, ideal for your restful family vacations or a weekend away with friends. Leave the city for a peaceful, lovely change of scenery in Vexin Normandie. This country home in an old farm dating back to 1880, but entirely renovated. Inside you will find modern decorations that really highlight the old building. On the ground floor the dining room is almost 50 sqm with a hanging fireplace (ideal for those long winter evenings) as well as a fully equipped kitchen that measures 30sqm. Upstairs there are 5 big bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms (with showers). In total there are 4 double beds and three single beds at your disposal. Finally, a third bathroom is available with a bathtub. Please note that the two WCs are separated from the bathrooms. The country house is modern and comfortable with Bluetooth, WIFI, and television in each bedroom. A DVD player and movies are even available. Outside you have a 3000 sqm garden to enjoy with a private heated pool, ping-pong and a swingset: perfect for family time or to hang out with friends. Private parking is available on-site. The whole house and garden are available to you, including the pool. You will be staying in the heart of Vexin Normandie, in the village of Tilly. Giverny - the cradle of impressionism - and therefore the home and garden of Claude Monet is only 12km away - about 10 minutes in a car. We are located at least an hour from Paris in a car. Trains leaving from Gare Saint Lazare get you to the nearest train station in about 50 minutes, but the nearest station is Vernon - about 8km from the country home. The kitchen is fully equipped including 2 coffee machines (one is a Nespresso - of course), a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
