'Rainforest Retreat' - Peaceful one bedroom flat

This beautiful modern 1 bedroom flat is set close to a babbling creek in northern NSW subtropical rainforest. It has a peaceful atmosphere and is perfect for some rest and relaxation or as a base to explore the nearby quaint towns and natural wonders. The flat is a short 10 minute drive away from stunning Byron Bay Shire beaches and 20 minutes to Byron Bay town. With walking trails, waterfalls, mountains and beautiful beaches there is plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Everything that you need to enjoy a break can be found in this self contained modern flat. It houses a Queen sized bedroom with adjoining ensuite, kitchen with gas cook top, oven, microwave and bar fridge. The living and dining room has a 2 seater leather couch with TV & DVD. A front patio extends out to the grassy lawn which includes a fire pit set above the creek to enjoy a glass of wine or some nibbles. Along with being nestled in the rainforest, this completed the perfect atmosphere this unique property has to offer. You will have private access to the fully self contained flat with everything you need for a peaceful stay. I will usually be available to welcome you and provide some tips and local insider knowledge as I have called this wonderful part of the world home for over 20 years. I usually reside on the property so can be available to interact with you as you please, otherwise you will enjoy the environment in private. There is ample parking available on the property but not much public transport close by. We are in a rural area, with rainwater and a septic system. Please be conservative in your use of rainwater by limiting your showers to 5 minutes and ensure that you do not flush anything down the septic system. Please help me to keep the property safe and clean by not smoking within 20 meters of the house.
