Super clean spacious flat, recently upgraded to included new showerroom, kitchen and flooring. There are 2 major parks within walking distance. 10min will get you into the city centre on public transport which is available 2 min walk from the flat. 15min walk from Hampden Stadium and a bus ride from Bellahouston. Couple of gyms within walking distance that do day and short term passes too! Large kitchen and new waterfall shower. Newlands is a residential area in the south side of Glasgow. Within a 5 minute walk you will find many restaurants and bars, and also many shops (such as Superdrug, Boots, etc). There is also a large supermarket open until 10pm just minutes walk from the property. You are within 2 minutes walk of public transport, and a very reliable bus and train service. Plenty of the city sites within 10 minute walk of the flat. Pollok Park, which is a 15 minute walk is a gorgeous country park where Many films have been shot (including Outlander). St Mungo's and The Necropolis are 12 minutes by taxi and the airport is just 15 minutes away. I can advise on the local area and tourist spots and help with transport and routes 2 minutes from flat you will find trains taking 10 minutes into centre or buses that take 20 minutes. 5 minutes from the flat there is the area of Shawlands which is a bustling shopping area, with plenty of shops, bars and eateries. Two gyms within 600 metres from flat. Pollok park (where Outlander was filmed), just 15 minute walk away. Very affluent area with transport links to city centre just 2 minutes away. 12 minutes from centre of Glasgow Airport 15 minutes via taxi and the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital just 6km from the flat. Pollok Park is a 15 minute walk from the flat and it's possibly my favourite park. Minutes from trains and buses, which take you throughout the city within minutes. Hampden Stadium 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi drive. Also a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to a vibrant array of shops, bars and eateries. Getting around Literally 1-2 minutes walk from bus an train travel...10 minutes into city centre. Lots of free wi fi coffee shops and eateries within the area, along with hotspots. 5 minute walk from bustling centre of Shawlands with an abundance of eateries to suit everyone's taste. 2 local parks within walking distance, and Hampden a 15 minute stroll.
