Braithwaite Court-ideal base to explore the Lakes

Braithwaite Court is located just off Egremont Main Street. Its set in a beautiful quiet courtyard with just 10 apartments. No. 3 is a first floor, 2 bedroom apartment with a light and open aspect. If you are looking for the perfect base for exploring the area or here on business, then our apartment is ideal. There is also an allocated parking spot. The main bedroom has built in wardrobes with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom with shower over the bath. Facilities: ￫ Free Broadband WiFi ￫ Fresh linen and towels ￫ Wardrobe, bedside table ￫ TV ￫ Microwave ￫ Oven ￫ Washing machine ￫ Fridge, freezer ￫ Bath with built in shower ￫ Iron and ironing board ￫ Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery Feel free to use the communal grounds. We won't be there to greet you at the apartment unless you specifically require it. We prefer to leave you to it. We are only 10 minutes away though if you need us. If you have time, we'd appreciate it if you could strip the beds and leave all linen in the bath. Thank you. There is a Coop supermarket in Egremont as well as a Herons Food shop like Iceland. There are numerous takeaway outlets including Greggs and we thoroughly recommend Wilsons Butchers on the Main Street. Egremont has a Farmers Market very close by once a month. Please note the communal areas are shared with the other 9 apartments eg the drying area. When accessing this area, please go to the left of the building (turn right out of the front door).
