Souareba is perfectly situated next to the Diani Sacred Forest, 1km from the beautiful Diani Beach and 2km from the Kongo River. We recommend visiting the Kaya Sacred Forests and learning more about the unique, coastal plant species. Bird watching is a must, on the glorious Kongo River. Further a field, visitors can reach the stunning, cool Shimba Hills environment within one hour, passing the charming, sleepy town of Kwale. Shimba Hills is home to the rare Sable Antelope, forest Elephants and many unusual bird species. For the intrepid, we recommend a hike to the spectacular Sheldrick Falls.
