The first floor has a sunshine lounge with luxury sofas 7. 1 master bedroom with wood bed and luxury bedside tables and chairs, one attached bathroom. The second bedroom also has luxury leather bed frame, sofa, desk and storages. 3.and 4. bedroom with beautiful view of the back yard and leafy orchards with privacy and quiet. The second bathroom also has a beautiful bath to enjoy the garden view. Downstairs there is another toilet. and one Granny Villa is attached with private kitchen, dining and living furniture as well as full bathroom. The whole house has centralized heating and cooling system. The Neighborhood: Other things to note There's another self-contained unit attached to this main house. There may be other guests staying in that unit, but they will have separate access. While, they can also share the backyard garden and the laundry (not accessible to the main).
