You’ll never know what to choose under the Lebanese sun! This Unique Loft Located on the top floor of a condominium building called Les Cinq, our flat offers you a good view of the city. Very Comfy and well-lit you will enjoy a wonderful stay. Located in the heart of Achrafieh, in Sodeco, our flat has been wonderfully furnished and equipped to host a group of 4 people . The space has a wonderful energy. Consisting of 150 sqm divided between a living room connected to a dining room, a big kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathroom, one guest toilet , and Curtained balcony overlooking the city . - The living space is equipped with a two comfy sofa, wall mounted TV and connected to the balcony where the dining table has been set for you to enjoy a view while having your breakfast, lunch or diner. - The dining room consists of a six seated table. - The kitchen has everything you need for to cook, it is equipped with a huge fridge, a big oven, a water fountain, and all pots, plates and kitchen utilities for you to feel at home. - Two bedrooms available with double beds very comfortable . - The flat is entirely air-conditioned and has been renovated through experience to cater for a wonderful stay for each one who end up staying there. - Curtained Balcony, a rectangular shaped balcony surround the living and dining space. It's a good place for a to have a quick coffee of drink before hitting the road. Smoking is appreciated outside on the balcony. An important note be taken into consideration regarding the electricity situation and specially in this flat The generator provider is not able to cover the power cuts of the main electricity of EDL So there will power shut down as the following .from 10 am.to 12 pm From 5 to 7 pm From 2 am to 7 am ''Mi casa es tu casa'' My place is your place so bare in mind that you have access to everything there. I understand some of you are here to visit friends and for a city adventure. Everyone seeks space while traveling yet sometimes needs tips or time to socialize. I am here to help alongside my team with any issue related to the house, your check-in, or a tip related to your stay. Just reach out :) In my free time, I am happy to meet you if you are free too :) My neighboorhood is quite unique as it is a super calm hood in the day time. Coffee shops are around the corner, 5 minutes uphills to sassine square where you find Starbucks, and other coffee shops. You have close by ABC mall which is a huge shopping mall and has everything you need from clothes, to great restaurants and cinema's. Spineys is around the corner, a big supermarket where you could find all the necessary food so that you feel just like home. Should you have a car you will always find a place to park either in private parking just under the house or on the corner of our building for free. Transportation is available in town either by SERVICE which is a community share taxi or by private taxi companies. Uber works well in Beirut and is quite cheaper than the private taxi companies.
