Valley View is a cosy two bedroomed former barn set on a working equestrian livery yard on a family farm and owned by a renowned Cornish artist who works from the studio. Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. It is set in a secluded location behind the A39 but within a 10 min walk to Falmouth University where there is a bus service to all the main routes and a 20 minute walk into Penryn. A welcome hamper of goodies will await you and we will take delivery of any shopping you may order for your arrival. All bedding and towels are provided You will have the whole cottage and gardens. Our guests are welcome to walk the tracks around the farm but please be aware that there are horses and riders around the property. If you would like to find out more about the horses, please contact me and I will happily introduce you to our own private horses. We live in the farmhouse nearby and can be contacted whenever you may need us, however, we will respect your privacy at all times Valley View is set on a family farm which is run as an equestrian livery yard. We are tucked away behind the A39 but within easy reach of Penryn town and walking distance to Falmouth University which also has a regular main bus service. Asda and B&Q are a 2 minute drive away We are tucked in behind the A39 and just a 20 minute car journey to Truro. There is an extensive bus service from the Tremough Campus at Falmouth University which is within a 10 minute walking distance. The branch line train service runs regularly from Penryn Station to Falmouth or to the main station in Truro to pick up other connections. There is a Park and Float service in Penryn to take you down the Fal River into Falmouth Town. The port of Falmouth boasts four beaches: Gyllyngvase, Castle, Swanpool and Maenporth, all linked by a coastal path. Pendennis Castle looks out over the bay. The bustling town plays host to The Falmouth Art Gallery and The Maritime Museum while an array of cafes and restaurants line the street. Fishing and boat trips can be booked from The Prince of Wales Pier and Custom House Quay
