You’re welcomed to stay in the heart of Pune city. Located behind The Pavillion and ICC trade towers on Senapati Bapat road, my place offers convenience, comfort, privacy and safety. Iyengar institute is located at about 2.2 Kms. The apartment is serviced and full of amenities that will make your stay comfortable. A small kitchenette to enable you to cook any food of your choice. Solo travelers, family, corporate employees, women, couples, are all welcome to stay! Open for booking! The apartment is a 1 Bedroom Hall and kitchen. The Hall - Consists of a sofa cum bed that can accommodate 2 persons A dinning table for family food time A TV (without cable) is installed. You can connect your laptop with an HDMI cable and entertain yourself. The Kitchen- It’s a tiny simple semi equipped kitchen. A full set of crockery that can be used for 6 persons is provided. A convection microwave cum grill is installed. Which means you can cook a bigger range of food of your choice and save more time. For those who plan to stay longer a fridge is also provided. You can keep fresh vegetables, food, beverages, cold water, and have Ice for use later on. The Bedroom- Consists of a double bed comfortable for a couple. Additional mattresses, towels, napkins and sheets are provided. A cooler and fan are also included. A double door closet with hangers for those who plan to stay a little longer. The loo- An Indian squatty potty has been converted to a western toilet with a water spray for comfort reasons. Tissue paper rolls are provided. The Bathroom - It is separate from the loo. Hot water is available anytime with the help of a geyser. You can use a bucket or shower for bathing. A washing machine has also been installed in case you want to wash and tumble dry your clothes. The apartment is located on second floor. It is well ventilated. Our neighbours are friendly family and student bachelors. The society is guarded by a watchman. There are maids to collect garbage. Guests will get a fully disinfected apartment upon checking in. No visitors are allowed. Guests with symptoms should refrain from booking and traveling as a moral obligation to prevent spreading to others and for their own well-being. Guests who develop symptoms should immediately inform and be willing to take necessary steps of isolation/hospital admission/ or return to their home place whichever is applicable at that current point of time without delay. The apartment is located on the second floor. Guests are encouraged to maintain a healthy communication by whichever means is convenient to them. Text, phone calls are preferred for instant interaction. In case needful times the host will be present personally. Privacy is respected foremost. The apartment is located in a quite peaceful residential society. However the areas outside the society are bustling. Über and Ola cabs and Auto Rikshaws are a finger tap away to any part of the city. City buses are also available to and fro to other areas from Senapati Bapat road which is a few 100 meters away.
