Twin Oaks School House

Late 1800's one-room schoolhouse. Old school room refinished preserving original hardwood floor and trim. Large kitchen in space where teacher used to lecture from. Addition added on back to accommodate two bedrooms and basement for mechanicals. Located across the street from our home so we can be as available as needed, or out of sight. Country location surrounded by meadows and woods, but only 6 minutes from the interstate and 20 minutes from Morgantown. We are an hour south of Pittsburgh, 20 minutes north of Morgantown, a half hour to Cheat Lake and an hour from Deep Creek Lake. It's in Pennsylvania, but almost in Almost Heaven and Wild and Wonderful West Virginia
