Welcome to the Villa des Ebihens in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, a dynamic resort on the Emerald Coast in Northern Brittany. Located 15 minutes from Dinard, 20 minutes from Saint Malo and close to great sites such as the Cap Fréhel or the archipelago of the Ebihens islands. This pretty vacation home, typically Breton, is located in a small hamlet in the quiet countryside. With a surface area of about 200m2, it will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor). It opens on a nice enclosed garden of 700m2, facing south and sheltered from the prevailing winds. The house is located 200 meters from the customs paths and 500 meters from the sea on foot (Pen Guen beach). It is the ideal compromise between the sea and the calm of the countryside with a perfect place to stay for families and reunions with friends. The house benefits from an extension of 45 m2 which shelters an indoor swimming pool (7mx3m) heated between 25°C and 28°C from April 1st to October 31st. Your villa will have been prepared by the Cocoonr Saint Malo - Côte d'Emeraude agency team who will also welcome you on site to present you the functioning of the house, its equipment and to give you the keys. Linen (sheets and towels of 4-5 star hotel quality) is provided and your bed will be made upon your arrival. You will have everything you need to start your stay: some coffee capsules, sugar, tea, oil, pepper and salt, ... you will have to fill your fridge! For a more in-depth discovery, here is the precise composition of the house: - The garden level: The garden level is composed as follows: living room, dining room and American kitchen (a single convivial space of 45 m2), a back kitchen (very practical when there are many people), a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200, a shower room and an independent toilet, as well as a large entrance. The living room and the dining room open onto the terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The garden is secured and you will find games for children. - Second floor: On the first floor you will find the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with two 90x200 beds, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and the "dormitory/playroom" with two 90x190 bunk beds and two single beds (90x190), a bathroom (bathtub, double sink) and an independent toilet.
