Spacious, private room & bath by the rail trail!

1 large bedroom suite with king sized bed in a split-level house. Has private bathroom with shower and living room area. The room is located on the lower level of the house. Walking distance to Marilla Park and the Rail Trail, 5 minute drive to downtown, and 2.1 miles from the WVU football stadium! WiFi is available, as well as some other amenities. The large bedroom has a king sized memory foam bed, couch, desk, tv, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig, hot water kettle, and microwave. Attached is a private bathroom with shower. The shower has a small step to get in and can be seen in the pictures. The main key, that is found in the lock box, will lock the front door and the private room. We have a split level home. Guests will have access to the private room which is located down the stairs to the right with a private bathroom. Guests can use upstairs kitchen by request, so we can make sure our dogs are not in the way! Guests can also use the washer and dryer by request, so we can make sure our laundry is out of your way. We live in this home and will be accessible by phone, text, email , but prefer air bnb messages. The neighborhood is quiet and nestled behind Marilla Park. The park has a pool with water slides, basketball court, tennis court, and even a skate park. The rail trail is located in close proximity to the property. Also located close to downtown Morgantown/WVU and 2.1 miles from the football stadium! Parking is Available for one vehicle on the RIGHT side of the driveway. Additional parking can be found at the park or at the top of the hill. Morgantown has Uber, Lyft, and a Taxi service. 27 minute walk to downtown. 11 minutes to bike to downtown, 5 minute drive. We have 3 family dogs: Wilson, Piper, and Layla, who are kept upstairs at all times. We do not allow them in the air bnb space as a courtesy to our guests. There are stairs to get down to the room. There is a step up to get into the shower. We monitor the property with Nest Cameras for your safety and ours. (Only outside and entry way to upstairs has Nest Cameras).
