The owner tries to greet each group of guests upon their arrival in order to provide access and perform a walk through. Bay Harbor/ Bal Harbour and the surrounding areas have so much to offer including but not limited to: Water Sports of Biscayne Bay (Owner provides kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, personal flotation devices and more), the Beach, Oleta River State Park, Bal Harbour shops, South Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, fine and casual dining, exclusive and discount shopping, night clubs and more Attractions too numerous to list but some include: the beautiful beaches of Bal Harbour (approx. 18 minute walk or 3 minute drive), some of the most exclusive shopping and fine dining at the world famous shops of Bal Harbour, fantastic night life and major events of South Beach (approx. 15 min. drive). Other than many close by conveniences in walking distance, there is an abundance of free and or cheep public transportation including several free shuttles (that have pick up locations very close to the property) that connect through three adjacent municipalities as well as the Metro Bus (with several extremely convenient stops) providing you with all that the area has to offer. Additionally as a part of our confirmation process, we require our Application containing COVID-19 screening questions about any exposure, diagnosis and or treatment of potential occupants. Rates vary depending on season, day of arrival and group size. There are premiums that may be added (or needed to be added) for peak holidays and or special events as well as large groups. We Do NOT allow parties, gatherings and or events at the property. Although we do normally have a 25 year age requirement for the Vacationer, we will consider and have made numerous exceptions to that requirement given we first make sure that the group clearly understands our rules and expectations. All booking requests through AirBnB are considered preliminary reservations and final confirmations are subject to the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the operators Application and final formal Reservation Agreement including but not limited it's cancellation policy and House Rules. We will supply you with our final formal Reservation Agreement by email within 48 hours of your preliminary AirBnB Reservation for your review and execution. If our Reservation Agreement is not executed and return to us within 24 hours after our submitil, we reserve the right to cancel the preliminary Reservation through AirBnB without notice.
