Living in a shared flat in Frankfurt Hoechst

You will live in a renovated old building in a bright room tastefully furnished in vintage style. With other (Hidden by Airbnb) you will share kitchen and bathroom - both newly renovated. With the furnishing we made sure of your comfort. All apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary domestic needs. Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher are of course available, as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery, pots, pans, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils. In your room you will have WIFI and your own TV. Feel at home during your project assignment in Frankfurt or during the orientation phase at your new place of residence. When you arrive your bed is already covered and a set of towels is ready. We are at your disposal in the office on Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm for administrative tasks such as the lease preparation and issue of the landlord certificate. On the other days please contact us by mail. Our modern rooms for one person are located in the beautiful district of Frankfurt-Hoechst. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops are located in the immediate vicinity and it is not far to the pedestrian precinct. On Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays you have the possibility to go shopping at the “Hoechster Markt”. It is only a few steps to the river banks of the Main where you can do sports and relax and to the Hoechster Old Town with its nice cafés and restaurants. Due to its central location, the usual background noise of the city is given. In a few minutes you can walk to the train station and from there you can reach Frankfurt main station or the city center in 15 minutes by “S-Bahn”. By car you can reach the A66 in 5 minutes and from there the airport in 15 minutes. Free parking in the surrounding streets is acceptable. Depending on consultation and availability, it may be possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. Our rooms can be rented for a minimum period of three months for fair prices.
