Perfect for holidays with family and friends! All rooms are air conditioned. Bedrooms Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has a private bathroom. Three bedrooms have twin beds. The mezzanine has an additional sleeping sofa. One cot is available upon request. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms, one with a bath, one with shower and one with shower and WC. There is also one separate WC. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a double basin, an induction cooking top, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and an American refrigerator. Living rooms The large living room is an open space where everyone can be seated around the eating table. There is a large mezzanine with a television corner including a DVD player, a perfect place to laze in a cool place. It is a profitable area to gather, play, read or watch a DVD. Cleaning - Towels - Linen Bath towels, linen, blankets are provided and the house is cleaned on changeover days. The house is also equipped with a washing machine for your laundry. Outside The outside sitting area on the terrasse offers a cozy place to enjoy refreshing drinks with family and friends. Hot midday summer barbecues on the terrasse will also gather everyone around the large eating table. The 5000m2 garden is surrounded by an hedge guaranteeing total privacy. The swimming pool is secured with a roof that can be removed. It also helps prolong the bathing season. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning at check-out, electricity and water are included.
