Pornic centre, agréable studio avec balcon 2 pers.

This rental is not my main residence. Studio located high town of Pornic with shops and 150 meters from the fishing port with its many restaurants, train station, casino, cinema, swimming pool, media library, church 50 meters, botanical park, spa, large parking 100 meters. Rates ranging from 230 to 380 depending on period. PERSONAL ADVANTAGE ONLY: - 15 € for one week of stay and all the linen supplied free including towels and beach towel. The price is for 2 pers .. (possibility 3rd person with supplement of 10 € per week). Studio for 2/3 pers., Sofa bed new and very comfortable and bed 1 pers., Bathroom, kitchenette. LINEN PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE (sheets, linens + household products); towels on request (5 € the kit). The studio is available in all seasons. Deposit 25% for the reservation (if cancellation due to force majeure and proof, the deposit will be fully refunded). Deposit 150 euros not cashed and returned the day of departure after verification of the premises. No cleaning fee if the studio is made clean. Payment can be made in cash, holiday vouchers, bank check. Possibility to rent by the night at certain times (3 nights minimum) but the price is less advantageous than the week. Tourist tax claimed by the city of Pornic O € 70 per day and per adult for the year 2019.
