A gateaway to the South of France...

Our home is a fully restored, 300-year old farm house, full of original features and located in a quiet and relaxing countryside near the beautiful medieval town of Villeneuve d'Aveyron. In the (private) garden, you can be around nature, a pool, a jacuzzi spa, a barbecue, a beautiful sunset. We can accommodate up to 6 people. We can lend you 6 bicycles (included in price) and offer chocolate making courses (not included). We are open to accommodate 6 people maximum for 7 nights minimum in the summer (June to August) and 3-4 nights from October to April (with chocolate making courses). There are 3 bedrooms : one on the ground floor (with a jacuzzi) and two on the first floor. Each room has a double bed and its private bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen and living room, a pool, jacuzzi spa and garden (all private for you). There are two parts : > The main house, for us the hosts (this way we can be available in case you have any questions or issues) > The gite, for you : 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a private garden with a pool and spa, a private parking. We live in a calm and relaxing area (just with two families living across from us) but nothing blocking the view from the garden/pool area... but a pleasant view... no noise., just good weather and birds! If you decide you wish to go out, there are many medieval villages in Aveyron to choose from! If you have any questions our technical problems our any requests during your stay, we will be happy to help you as we will be living next door to you. In Aveyron, you will find a variety of medieval villages and towns to choose from for sight-seeing, visiting the local markets, dining in restaurants with the finest of French menus providing you with local dishes of fine quality. Places such as Villeneuve-d’Averyon and Villefranche, Villefranche de Rouergue, Najac, Peyrus le Roc, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Belcastel, Millau and many more will provide you with such pleasures. It is better for you to have a car as no buses pass next to our gite (and it would be nicer for you to be free and travel around the area to explore Aveyron). Important, please note : > We do not accept smoking inside our gite (for hygiene reasons and for the well-being of our next guests). > We do not accept pets (for the same reasons) > If you are travelling with children, please keep an eye on them (for security reasons as the pool is not secured with a barrier (just an alarm). > We can help you out if something is broken : fridge, light, TV, electrical issues or water...
