BLUE Gite - in the peaceful countryside

Blue Gite is part of a 1 acre property with the owner's house and one other Gite. Located within 10 minutes drive of Tonneins, a town with all amenities. The Gite is a small two storey house with two bedrooms, a lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful rural setting, perfect for walking or cycling. Surrounded by fields of corn and sunflowers in the summer. Calm and quiet but only four kilometers from town. Whole house, rear garden and front garden for your sole use. Shared driveway for parking. We live in the old farmhouse next to the Gites. We are here to help you as needed. My wife and I are English/Australian but speak a little French. Rural setting with views towards the Pyrenees. Great area for walking or cycling in the rolling hills. A rural location a few kilometers from town. A car is essential. Nearest airports are Bergerac (1 hour by car) and Bordeaux (75 minutes by car) The local railway station in Tonneins has frequent trains to Bordeaux and Agen. Please do not smoke inside the house, outside is fine.
