Bay View, Millendreth Looe Cornwall

Bay View is situated a couple of minutes from the sandy beach at Millendreath. The property has stunning views of the bay and is fully equipped for families to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Fantastic coastal walks can be found from the accommodation. Two bedroomed accommodation, with one double bed in bedroom 1 (you can lie in bed and see the beautiful bay) and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bed linen (duvet covers, sheets etc.,) can be provided at a cost of £10 per bed if required or bring your own if you prefer. If you choose to bring your own linen you will also need to provide your own towels. Large living/kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Please note: there are 46 steps leading up to the property, but the view is worth it. There is a large terrace overlooking the bay which has comfortable patio furnture to seat four people and two sun beds. A week prior to the booking, I will inform you of any contact telephone numbers and names you may require during your stay. You will also be given the PIN code for access to the property via the key safe installed at Bay View. Millendreath is situated a few miles from the picturesque fishing village of Looe. Fowey, Polperro and Mevagissey are also a short drive away. The Eden project and The Lost Gardens of Helligan are about 40 miles away. The location has a beach club (check opening dates) with water sports, a restaurant and wine bar on the beach. A car is essential. From 1st December 2021 new parking charges will apply. £20 per weeks stay or £8 per day will be charged on site. Once you arrive you will be able to park close to the property for 30 minutes to unload and then the car will need to be moved to the main car park which is just a short distance away. The accommodation has an electric meter as there is no gas at the property. £5.00 or £10 credit (depending on the length of your stay) will be placed in the meter prior to your stay and further electric cards can be purchased on site 24 hours a day via a machine ( please note you will need coins or notes for the machine).
