We are located at 163 Firth Street (SH27) Matamata and the Hobbiton Movie Set is 16km from our gate. Our accommodation, which is approx 30m2, is detached from the main house and gives our guests the utmost privacy. It is spacious and elegant, providing ultimate comfort for our guests. A luxury Kingsize bed with top quality bedlinen is provided for your comfort. In the winter months, an electric blanket is added to keep you warm and snug. A sumptuous Continental breakfast is provided. We will make Porridge for you during the Winter months if you would prefer. Tea and coffee making facilities. A Fridge to chill your wine is included. Off-Street parking is provided. We are able to host 1 extra guest in the Mews at a cost of $50/head.
