The Field Retreat

Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life; then why not come and find some peace on our simple, petite rural eco-friendly retreat? We consider this quaint gite a 'home from home' and can vouch that it is cosy and comfortable any time of the year! Cycling fans and amblers will enjoy the local countryside. Situated amidst traditional working agricultural land, our small plot is nestled away from life's busy commercial toils. Surrounded by fields you can relax and unwind whilst listening to the birds sing. The plot seats two small rustic properties which have been lovingly renovated by the kind, welcoming host. As a guest you will have access to one of these properties. You will have access to a south facing garden space in which to relax. Parking is available. The host will be on site in the neighbouring property. Should you have an questions, require help or services the host will be happy to help. We are advertising a cosy home in quiet rural hamlet. The hamlet only houses a few French locals. The nearest village is a short car journey, walk or cycle away. In the wider area there are activities to consider and points of interest to visit. You can travel via ferry and motor vehicle down to the plot. You can travel into our nearest airport and hire a vehicle to use or get a taxi from the airport down. Once settled in, walking, cycling is advised for fun and enjoying the countryside. To visit further points of interest a motor vehicle is advised. The plot is neighboured by a property. The close by agricultural land is used rotationally, so you may spot some livestock at various times of the year and tractors may pass on the nearby road. Food shops are a short car journey away.
