Villa Elpida, modern villa with private pool

Villa Elpida is a brand new villa, located in the sea side area of Kokkini Hani which is 10 kilometers (15 min by car) from Heraklion Airport and Hersonissos. It is summer-house detached of 400 square meters surrounded by stone walls with wooden finishes. Inside the villa there are 4 large bedrooms with large wardrobes, one of which is a walk-in wardrobe and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a large lounge and dining area. The Kitchen is also large and convenient with all the necessary appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, platter, espresso coffee maker, filter coffee and dish washing machine). It also has 3 bathrooms and a WC. The whole house is flat apart from a bedroom and a wc as well as the playroom are half-underground with very good lighting conditions. The connection of playroom with the main house is with stairs. There is also another patio sitting room on the side of the kitchen with lawn which makes it ideal and safe for young children, who can play safely on the piece of lawn. The main veranda overlooking the pool has a bamboo lounge and a dining room which makes it an ideal place to relax by the pool The pool is 50 square meters certified with ISO 9001, and is cleaned daily by our staff. It has a built-in Jacuzzi and easily fits up to 8 people, as well as a large enclosed shower. It is surrounded by lawns and umbrellas with sun loungers. There is a large pergola in the pool area which includes a washbasin, charcoal BBQ, a wood-burning oven and also a large space for that can be used to dine or have a drink up to 15 people. The garden which is perimetrical of the villa, consists of a variety of different trees and flowers. The place is guarded by security 24/7 and both entrance and a garage door are equipped with a remote control. Either two large or three small cars can be parked on the parking lot. There is a playroom consisting of a billiard table and a table suitable for playing cards. In all rooms there is a high-end air condition inverter system, but also radiators and 2 fireplaces for cold autumn nights. There are LED TVs in all bedrooms and the kitchen, as well as a 70’ inch TV powered with DVD player and Netflix subscription. We like to leave our guests enjoy their holiday but are available 24/7 if needed. Kokkini Hani is a cosmopolitan place with many restaurants, cafes and bars. One of Greece’s biggest tourist villages (Hersonissos) is a 15-minute drive away. Bakery, candy store and also in 50 meters away there is the largest super market in Crete! Kokkini Hani beach is 100 meters away, the largest aquarium in the Mediterranean sea is 3 kilometers east, one of the largest parks with water slides and pools is located 4 kilometers south of the villa. Greece’s largest golf course is 15 km away. Transfer from the port or airport is free of charge if you book with us.
