Surrey Hills Farmhouse

Listed house dating from 16th century; wonderfully located for walking, cycling & riding. 7 miles to Guildford, 45 minutes by train to London. Spacious en-suite double bedroom accessed by private staircase; own sitting room with log-burning stove. Open access around farm but please shut all gates! Direct access to bridleways and footpaths - miles of open forest and heathland. We are usually around should you need any tips about where to eat, the best walks etc. On the other hand, we won't infringe on your space! The Surrey Hills - an area of outstanding natural beauty; miles of open countryside, forests and heathlands. Traditional English villages - pubs and teashops. We are fairly secluded here; public transport isn't that accessible. Probably best to bring a car unless you are happy to arrive by taxi from Guildford station and are here to enjoy the walking or biking! Other stations are closer (Gomshall, Chilworth) but you would need to pre-book a taxi.
