WiFi, Foxtel, Onsite Security Parking and 2 minute walking distance to public transport. Daily cleaning of the room is available for an added $40 per day. We wanted this space to not only be affordable, but to give our cliental a level of luxury that you would never normally receive, for a rental in this price range. We wanted it to be extremely comfortable yet beautiful, all at the same time. We believe we have achieved this. Our references speak for themselves. I am always just a phone call/ text away, and encourage my guests to ask me anything they like. Alternatively I live just upstairs, so if anything goes wrong with any of the appliances, I am ready and available to help out. I will always check on my guests once, just to make sure they have everything they need and are enjoying their stay, otherwise they are free to reach out to me at any time. I like to give my guests space, but am available if ever needed. People who live in the building are very friendly, and everything you need is in walking distance, restaurants, cafe's, supermarkets, takeaway and a bottle shop, not to mention Maribyrnong's main attraction - Highpoint Shopping Centre. One of the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. This is truly a wonderful place to simply come and stay for a while.... Tram stop is just down the street on the corner, going into the city, or surrounding suburbs. Buses also leaving from Highpoint Shopping Centre. I will always ensure I am here to greet guests and show them through our gorgeous building, but if for some reason I am not available my gorgeous friend Skye, who also lives in the building will most definitely be here to greet you....
