Guests absolutely ADORE my neighborhood....Its so peaceful and serene, and that is why I I thoroughly vet guests before booking. I do not rent my home for wild (Website hidden by Airbnb) space nor my neighborhood deserves that. Many people utilize Uber or Lyft. There arent any buses close, but the Long Isla d Railroad is close, for trips to Manhattan or any of the other boroughs. All guests are expected to be present upon Check-in... Any extra guests that exceed the original booking amount, will be charged an additional 75 dollars. There should be no smoking of any kind done inside the home. Children and Pets should be discussed before booking.
