The kitchen is huge with modern fixtures and appliances, including two ovens, five burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and plenty of bench and cupboard space! You'll be extremely comfortable with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor including a queen bed, built-in-wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is located on the first floor and includes two king single beds and built-in-wardrobe. Another bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet is also located on this level. There is a large laundry room on the ground floor including a washing machine and plenty of hanging space. There is heating and air-conditioning throughout the house. Wifi is also available as well as Netflix, Stan and Fox. The house is located about 5-10 minutes walk or 3 minute bike ride to the much sought-after Hillarys Beach, Whitfords Nodes Park and Hillarys Marina & Boat Harbour. Hillarys Marina is a family friendly entertainment precinct with many restaurants, cafes, bars, gift shops and fun activities for adults and kids. The house is also walking distance to Hillarys local shopping centre, fitness studios, free local tennis courts and much more. Drive a few minutes around the corner and you also have access to Whitfords Westfield Shopping Centre. A little further drive away is Joondalup which is also a main shopping and entertainment hub.
